Shipping Time
The shipping time refers to the duration it takes for your order to reach your destination after it has left our fulfillment center.

- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time:
- Standard Delivery: 8–18 business days
(Processing: 1–3 days + Shipping: 7–15 days) - Expedited Delivery: 4–10 business days
(Processing: 1–3 days + Shipping: 3–7 days)
Please note that unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues may occur.
Refund Processing Time
- If your order has not shipped yet, refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days after cancellation.
- If your order has already shipped, the refund will be initiated once we receive the returned item at our warehouse. This may take 7–14 business days or longer.

- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders $50 and above
- Standard Shipping Fee: $10 for orders under $50
- Expedited Shipping Fee: $20 for orders under $50

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes available within 24 hours after shipment.

We are not liable for items damaged or lost during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and keep all original packaging materials.
